Delivery Terms / Information
Low cost delivery service.
We only deliver to the UK and Eire.
Current delivery charges are:
Mainland UK: £9.99 for all orders
Mainland UK : spend over £500 postage is free
1-2 days delivery time in most cases.
Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands : £25 for all orders
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH14-26, PH30,
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
For large or heavy orders we may have to charge a surcharge for delivery. We will always contact you before making such a charge.
NB: For deliveries of over 30kg to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles, a £20.00 surcharge may be applied in addition to the normal delivery charge. We will only add this charge when necessary, and in all cases will notify customers before applying the charge to debit/credit cards. We have avoided this charge for as long as possible but due to increased courier fees we have had to apply it.
Orders can only be sent to the card-holder's address unless the card is enrolled and verified using the 3-D Security system.
PRE-PAID Credit Cards
Wheatley Hydroponics is unable to accept payments made with pre-paid credit or debit cards.
European and International Delivery Charges
We currently only ship to the UK and Eire, but we can provide quotes for delivery charges for international orders. Charges will be dependent upon the weight and number of parcels involved, so quotations may time to prepare. If you wish, you may arrange your own delivery service, in which cases we will do whatever we can to assist. In these instances we can accept no responsibility for goods arriving damaged at their destination.
If your order is large enough to require pallet shipping, we can obtain a quotation from a pallet courier. If you prefer, you may arrange your own pallet delivery service. In these instances we can accept no responsibility for goods arriving damaged at their destination.
Plain Packaging Policy
It is Wheatley Hydroponics policy to send out all orders discretely as possible. This will ensure your privacy is maintained at all times. Your statement will be billed as "Wheatley Hydroponics".
Any claim that any Goods or Services have been delivered damaged, are not of the correct quantity, or do not comply with their description, shall be notified by the Customer to Wheatley Hydroponics within 24 hours of the delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors/damages notified after that time. You may be asked to provide photos of damaged goods for us to make a claim.
